Does a platinum album = to success?
Not having a platinum album doesn't mean no success - because we should all agree, who buys album these days - very few of us, but we do consume ALOT OF MUSIC.

Here's an interesting situation in another creative industry I've just found out - you cannot copyright apparel design. Yes you can trademark brands and patent invented processes, but not how apparels are designed.
